Founded in 2008, Drive & Partners is a dynamic professional organization which focuses on recruiting experienced ERP professionals, such as SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Peoplesoft and Business Intelligence specialists. Our expertise covers the freelance and permanent domains of the European job market, but our reach for talent spreads way beyond the borders of Europe.
Although we are young as a company, our recruiters have years of extensive experience and a vast network of both - Dutch ERP clients and international candidates. The strong relations with our clients, our hard work, expertise and broad market exposure have taught us and continue to teach us how to be best in what we are doing. Before being considered for introduction to a client, all candidates are screened thoroughly. Their credentials, professional and personal qualities are then compared to the available project openings/position demands of our clients. The profile of the candidates is closely analyzed in parallel with all requirements set by our clients. Upon finding a close match between an opening and a candidate, permission for submitting resume to the client is obtained from the candidate. That process ensures that candidates will only be presented if the position is of interest to them and that IT managers will only receive relevant profiles.
