Drive & Partners is active as a separate entity since 2008. After having worked for several years for international recruitment companies the decision was taken to set up a new organization with an approach that focuses on the human and personal aspect in recruitment.
Drive & Partners differentiates itself in the market by a proactive manner of operating. We strive to achieve a very personal approach towards clients and candidates and our goal is to meet all our freelance and permanent candidates and clients in person. Very important in this is an analytical approach, listening to what the client and candidate want and asking the right and sometimes critical questions. Through this we can find the right balance which will create a win-win situation for all parties involved.
