In 2005, after spending many years gathering experience in Germany, Italy, Southeast Asia, Middle America and the Middle East, Floris starts his recruiting career in the Netherlands.
For three years he works or one of the largest international recruitment companies in Europe, focusing mainly on SAP contract recruitment.
His hard work, knowledge, ambition and reputation soon prove to be ready for expansion.
In 2008, the senior consultant decides to take an independent path and to expand the horizon of the services he provides to the many clients he's been able to build solid contacts with.
