Process

The most important goal to us at Drive & Partners is finding the perfect balance between our clients and you - the candidate.

In order to achieve this balance, there are several steps which we follow, before you can start work with our clients.

  1. First contact
    During the first contact we try to get to know you as much as this is possible. It is likely that we ask you many questions and it is certain that we listen to your wishes and expectations; we take notes of anything that is important to you.

  2. Discuss opportunities
    When there is an opportunity that we find appropriate for your level of experience, expectations and credentials, we discuss it with you in detail. We tell you everything that we know about it and then evaluate whether you might be a potential match. Only after this and after your approval, we introduce you to our client. As soon as we have feedback on your resume, we communicate it to you.

  3. Interview
    Throughout the whole interview process, we continue being your consultant. We provide you with interview advice and are available to answer all of your questions. In order to avoid any potential misunderstandings, it is key that we evaluate the interview together, right after it concludes. If there are points that were not discussed during the interview, we will contact the interviewing manager. Off course we inform you of the client feedback as soon as we have it.

  4. Offer
    We always do our best to get clarity and confirmation on all points in advance. Both client and candidate know from the outset what to expect. Should there be need for any negotiation, Drive & Partners acts as a consultant who explains to you all your alternatives and advises you on the best choice that you can make.

  5. Field-management
    Whether you are freelancer or permanent employee, our relationship with you is of great importance to us. We are always available to answer any questions you may have, after you start your new job or work on a contract.
