For my client in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) I am currently looking for an SAP WM teamlead.
Under general supervision, the Warehouse Management Team Lead is responsible for leading the global team in identifying, designing and configuring the SAP system to meet the company’s Global Warehousing Management requirements as defined by the business.
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor degree from 4 year accredited college or university in Computer Science or equivalent experience and training required
6 to 8 years experience in IT systems
3-5 years of SAP experience in Warehousing Management
AFS experience preferred
Strong SAP Functional knowledge including applications technology and data architecture
Expertise in all software programs used by the company including MS Office, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
Excellent analytical capabilities
Flexible and able to quickly and effectively change priorities and direction
Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
Excellent teamwork and management interaction skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business priorities
Ability to operate independently or as part of a team
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to make and own key decisions, while balancing input from key business stakeholders
Strong organization and facilitation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks against set deadlines.
Travel maybe required – domestic and international
