The European Information Systems department is responsible for support of IT and telephone communication of the organizations in 14 European countries. The application infrastructure is based on SAP-products (R3, BI, CRM) and Microsoft Office. The client is busy implementing a fully integrated CRM strategy for its Sales organizations, call centers, websites, Bose shops and dealers.
Position:
Our SAP CRM Consultant supports and enhances existing SAP CRM modules and functionality. He/she proactively seeks improvements to the systems to reduce costs, increase effectiveness, simplicity and support for business objectives. He/she is leading, or takes part as a team member in projects for implementing new CRM functionality, and rollout CRM to other parts of the organization. He/she works together with other functional SAP consultants and ABAP developers to help design, build, test, implement and stabilize the best solutions for the business requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position; * Has technical and functional knowledge of SAP-CRM. * A higher education degree (HBO); * Able to operate on his/her own in the full lifecycle of software: from design to aftercare and operational support; * Experience with professional support in international users' surrounding; * Has experience with business processes in general and B2C sales processes and logistical processes in particular; * Well-developed communication skills both in Dutch and English; * Experience with Project work; * Creative in finding solutions; * Team player; * Willingness to follow courses; * Willingness to travel abroad.
