SAP BI opportunity

For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for an experienced SAP BI Consultant

In order to expand their SAP team in the Information Systems department we are looking for a
Senior SAP BI Consultant

The Information Systems department is responsible for support of IT and telephone communication of the organizations in 14 European countries. The application infrastructure is based on SAP-products (R3, BI, CRM) and Microsoft Office. Our client is busy implementing a fully integrated CRM strategy for its Sales organizations, call centers, websites, shops and dealers.

Position:

Our client is using the SAP product range to support its core business. To provide its management with tools to monitor and analyze that business, SAP BI is used. A dedicated support group is established to maintain and enhance these tools. They also assist the business in better understanding how their business operates and pro-actively suggests new ways to analyze core processes.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position;
• Has technical and functional knowledge of SAP-BI;
• Knowledge of R3/ECC and/or CRM is an advantage;
• Didactical skills;
• Can act as sparring partner to help maximize insight for the business.
• A higher education degree (HBO);
• Able to operate on his/her own in the full lifecycle of software: from design to aftercare and operational support;
• Experience with professional support in international users' surrounding;
• Has experience with business processes in general and B2C sales processes and logistical processes in particular;
• Well-developed communication skills both in Dutch and English;
• Experience with Project work;
• Creative in finding solutions;
• Team player;
• Willingness to follow courses;
• Willingness to travel abroad.
