For our client in Brussels we are looking for a Senior SAP DMS Consultant
• Contract duration: 6 months
• Starting date: immediately
• Working location: Brussels
• Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the design of an overall document management strategy
-Identify and assess areas impacted by DMS implementations with respect to change readiness
-Develop the major functional and technical requirements
-Conduct market research to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the key players
-Prepare final conclusions and implementation plans
• Required functional/technical knowledge:
-Proven experience with implementation of document management systems, including collaboration, search, context classification, document retrieval, secure storage and security rules for document access.
-Experience with web content management, information rights management, compliance and archiving
-The candidate must have the ability to offer recommendations and provide finished work products/analysis and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple individuals.
• Other Required skills:
-Pro-active and result oriented
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Advanced level of Excel, Powerpoint and Word techniques
