For Brussels we are looking for 2 SAP HR Time consultants
• Contract duration: 12 months • Starting date: immediately • Working location: Brussels • Area of work: SAP HR project
• Responsibilities: -Capture and document business requirements through gap analysis -Analyse a complex architectural landscape with many legacy systems -Write blueprint documentation, functional and technical specification -Support clients in defining SAP Time business processes -Configure the SAP Time module -Perform integration and acceptation testing -Prepare and conduct end-user training -Write operational procedures -Provide end-user support after Go Live
• Required experience: -8 years of experience in SAP HR of which at least 5 years in in Time Registration and Time Evaluation -Experience in Time Manager’s Workplace, CATS or ESS/MSS is highly recommended -More than 3 full life cycle Time Management implementations -General overview knowledge of major SAP modules -Implementation experience of Shift Planning and/or MRS is an important asset
• Required integration knowledge: -Integration of Time Management in planning systems is an important asset -Interfacing to a third party payroll provider is an asset
• Other requirements: -Pro-active attitude and able to operate independently -Team player with good communication skills -Flexibility in work schedule and execution of tasks -Able to manage various tasks simultaneously -Good presentation skills and client facing
