As a senior Requirements Analyst you will be supporting the business pro actively in determining the business needs as expressed by the Marketing business owners. Your main responsibility is to translate these needs into functional and non functional IT requirements. At the end of the ride you will have helped on the improvements of business processes or requirements management processes, always keeping in mind your customers satisfaction.
Your accountabilities - You manage, create and improve business requirements in close cooperation with the business owners - You identify the system requirements cross functionally involving sales, supply, marketing and cross technology teams. This in close cooperation with the Solution Architect Internet Consumer who governs the correct assignment of IT functions to application areas based on the Internet Reference Architecture. - You safeguard the implementation of the identified system requirements by the various competency cluster teams. - You are the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. These stakeholders are, internally, business process owners, architects, requirements analysts and team leaders, and externally integration partners providing e-services or RIA (Rich Internet Applications). - You are responsible for the improvement of processes within your area of requirements in close cooperation with the delivery teams. - As a senior analyst you also have a responsibility in the coaching and development of more junior and medior analysts. - You are responsible for the competency development of people including innovation. You create a training framework and organize competencies sessions.
Your Profile: - You have at least 7 to 9 years experience in a business process analyst role, gained in a consumer facing internet environment. This environment has to be a global company with presence in multiple countries and with marketing focused customers. - You have proven experience in one of the following areas: 1. Online Sales, 2. Corporate Sites using web content management like TeamSite or 3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in combination with metrics. - You are certified in one or more requirements management methodologies relevant to internet development environments - You have experience with requirements management cross functions and end to end - You are experienced with requirements management in Agile development environments. Besides these technical skills you also need to have excellent social and communication skills. You are a real team player and can relate to all different stakeholders involved.
