• Responsibilities: -Coordinate the SAP HR releases and liaise with business, multiple SAP HR teams, technical staff and ERP senior management to make sure clients, design, cutover and go live are smoothly integrated. -Coordinate data cleansing and data migration activities with data owners -Identify integration points and interdependencies across SAP modules and releases and make sure they are understood by all team members -Participate in the development of project plans -Development of HR transition and communication plan -Align with general transition and communication plan -Definition of data model and master data standards including data ownership and business processes -Collaboration with Enterprise Architecture group for all company wide data standards, processes and initiatives
• Required functional/technical experience: -Strong experience within governance and master data role is required along with strong SAP HR knowledge in a multinational environment -Advanced knowledge of SAP HR and its integration points for the modules: personnel administration, organisational management, time management, payroll, recruitment, competence management, learning solution, performance management -Strong release management experience -A minimum of 8 years SAP HR implementation experience, including 5 full life cycle HR implementations
• Other required skills: -Ability to heavily multitask -Proven project management experience and must be able to lead a team -Client management, working with senior people in the organisation -High level of interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
