Work Process

At Drive & Partners we constantly strive to improve the way we work and serve our clients. We regularly evaluate our work processes and methods to improve the efficiency and quality of our business. Therefore, the process we have currently established outlines the general path that we follow, but it doesn't exclude possibilities for bespoke solutions, should the nature of your business needs requires it.

At Drive & Partners we have established the following current initial process:

  1. Intake

    - Line-management: review of the department and/or team and further details on the opportunity, the operational side and growth opportunities.
    - Human Resources: reviewing the selection procedure within the company and the general personal aspects (primary and secondary benefits).

    During this first phase, specific agreements are made to ensure that the expectations of all parties are met. This includes: times for feedback, availability and desired communication methods, e.g.

  2. Search and selection

    -Passive search: online advertising and database search
    -Active search: head hunting, online networking sites, user groups, seminars, e.g.
    -(Pre-) Qualification: by phone/personal.
    -Introduction: if necessary this will be done by phone and otherwise through email.
    -Follow up: coaching and advice.
    -Placement: signed contract by both client and candidate.

  3. Field-management

    A unique service by Drive & Partners, we take care that you receive important information that will help you reach your retention targets. For the candidate this service has the added value that we play a consultative and coaching role.
